A former heath care management professional and manager of two pilot projects for the NSW Ministry of Health, Jane Davies has been in the education and training sector for over 15 years. Jane has held a number of senior management roles including Executive Manager of Community Relations and Customer Services for the New England Health Services as well as many years as Regional Manager for WorkCover Qld.

Jane has a wealth of experience in operational management across a number of sectors specialising in identifying and addressing each sector’s training needs for optimum business performance and sustainability. Jane has established and operated successful training facilities in both Australia and New Zealand, and is widely recognised and respected for her breadth of knowledge and experience in education and training fields.

As a recognised leader in the specialist areas of New Zealand registration and accreditation along with assessment, audit, and compliance in both Australia and New Zealand, Jane consults and conducts seminars to Registered Training Organisations sharing this knowledge. She is also noted for her provision of training to Trainers on how to make the assessment process more credible and fun for Learners to improve outcomes, and Registered Training Organisations on how to improve the credibility of Trainers to support the organisation at audit.

Since 1992 Jane has run one of the most successful education and training publishing companies in Australia and New Zealand catering to business training and providing high quality training material and assessments. All of Jane's material has qualified for the Noted Quality Tick. Jane is the principal curriculum writer for the publishing arms of the companies. Responsible for all research, development and training for all communications, and business training materials and assessments, Jane is known as a leading supplier of pre audit, staff development, assessing and system development service to the training sector.
