There are changes to Acts which impact on our training material.
On January 1st 2012, the Work Health and Safety Act (WHS) became the over-riding act for Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS).
On the same date, The Trade Practices Act 1974 was replaced by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Precision Group will ensure that references to these Acts are included in all new and re-written material. All other material will be updated as reviewed and re-written.
